Job Responsibilities:

1. Draft, establish and optimize biological analysis methods;

2. Verify the method according to ICH and USP/EP requirements;

3. Train and guide other employees to conduct bioanalysis;

4. Draft related operating SOP and test method;

5. Complete routine maintenance and confirmation of QC instruments and equipment;

6. Solve problems in daily testing;

7. Perform daily sample test to ensure production tasks are completed;

8. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification Requirements:

1. At least 3 years’ experience in bioanalysis

2. Familiar with the principles and operations of general biological analysis methods (such as ELISA, qPCR, SDS-PAGE and electrophoresis, etc.);

3. Master protein detection technology is preferred;

4. Familiar with the structure and working principle of biological analysis instrument. Understand the operational performance of these devices; Familiar with method verification and able to draft method verification scheme;

Familiar with the drafting and requirements of instrument test method SOP;

Bachelor degree or above;

8. Strong learning ability and problem analysis ability;

9. Have some English reading ability.
